Opportunities to Learn & Grow

Power Mondays

On one Monday a month, community partners and parents share their expertise and experience with students while teachers work together to learn innovative teaching methods. Power Mondays is a model for how schools can engage with the community in ways that make a meaningful difference. Students code robots, explore watersheds, giggle in yoga poses, listen to an orchestra and learn social emotional skills from puppets - all on a Monday Morning.

 After-School Program

Our wonderful partner, Turnip Green Creative Reuse, anchors our after-school programming. They have an amazing arts and STEAM curriculum that aligns with our environmental engineering magnet theme.
